La revolución de la menstruación — Xusa Sanz.
This project involved the development of the cover illustration for La revolución de la menstruación, a book focused on female hormonal health from a scientific and educational perspective. The visual approach aimed to move away from traditional narratives around menstruation, avoiding clichés and instead presenting a more contemporary, informative and empowering tone.
The illustration was designed to reflect the idea of the menstrual cycle as an integral health indicator, connecting concepts such as balance, rhythm and body awareness. The goal was to create a cover capable of standing out within the health category while maintaining scientific credibility and aligning with the author’s evidence-based discourse.

Alimenta tus metas — Marta Castroviejo
For Alimenta tus metas, the work focused on the creation of a cover illustration aligned with the author’s profile as an athlete and researcher. The concept combined performance, nutrition and female empowerment, translating them into a dynamic and energetic visual language.
The use of bold colours, inspired by athletic environments such as tracks and sportswear, reinforced ideas of movement, vitality and discipline. The illustration aimed to connect with a female audience often underrepresented in sports science, positioning the book as both a practical guide and a statement on the importance of tailored approaches to women’s performance and health.
